blablamacandstuff
Hey guys, I'm using a hackintosh machine with the 250GTS graphics card. I downloaded and installed Steam for Mac, but I was wondering if playing TF2/Killing Floor will get me VAC banned. It should ban people who run modified versions of game files, so I don't want to risk it. Anyone played TF2 on their hackintosh (on steam, not via crossover) and waited long enough to see if he got banned? Thanks in advance:) (I posted this earlier on Post-installation discussions, but I understand this is a better place to post it. Oh, and maybe I'm a little paranoid after all ). Diamondsami
I'm also playing all Valve games on my hackbook, and I don't have nay problems with it (except the unsupported card) and I don't expect any because I'm using Hackintosh.
kalel83
no, you will not get banned. they want your money "run modified versions of game files" are you doing that? cause running a hackintosh has nothing to do with steam
