supbtsup
With dell bluetooth not working on 10.6.4 I and I assume others need a way to get the trackpad working on 10.6.3...or a way to get dell bluetooth to work with 10.6.4. The update is downloadable on their website but only works on 10.6.4. Any ideas people? xenophex
I got mine bluetoothed up, did a software update to catch the Trackpad update. It works great till I do a gesture then is dead for about 20 - 30 seconds. Works fine on my MacBook Pro though. iTrooper
Yeah, I get the same result Xeno. Works fine unless I try to do a gesture then it freezes up and resumes after. I donna if it's the dongle, or if I need a kext or something. I know it doesn't have a problem with the mouse or keyboard. geiman
You can install the track pad/multi-touch update on 10.6.3 using pacifist and everything seems to work fine. I installed it this way using Pacifist on my MacBook pro running 10.6.3 because of how awful the graphics performance was on 10.6.4 until the graphics update came out. I don't have a Magic Trackpad to test it on, but all the added features/gestures for the trackpad on my MacBook worked great. Its worth a shot; installing with Pacifist didn't break anything so even if it doesn't work correctly with the track pad you won't have killed your Mac.
