domino
It's hit or miss on some boards. So it's either you can or you can't. The other way to solve the problem is to run X86PC. At least it works for me. But you will get a performance hit running X86PC. elisan
Everytime i shutdown or reboot my system, it´ll panic next time i start it. But there are two solutions in my case: 1. not to shutdown or reboot but just power off or by pressing the reset button. Afterwards the system boots normal. 2. booting system with "-s", waiting for prompt, typing "reboot". Afterwards the system boots normal.(?!?) Seems to be some caching thing within hfs+ or some "optimizing" from OS. @domino: do you use the onboard graphic or the Gforce with OSX86? perium
My laptop a Dell Insprion 6000 wouldnt shutdown or reboot and it was beacuse my bluetooth adapter was hanging it soemhow. If for some reason i boot up with bluetooth on the sound icon, battery icon and time will disappear from the top right of the status bar and spotlight will hang. If i disable bluetooth all the fix itself and i can shutdown just fine.
