Because all it tells you is that you have a wifi and trackpad enabler kext in your /Extras/Extensions folder and that that is loaded by the bootloader but it cant load the real kexts from /S/L/E so normaly it is nothing to think about... VoodooHDA and AppleAzaliaAudio at the same time shouldn't be necessary. Clean up the mess.
