The 9600 broke and I had to send it in for repair a few weeks ago, XFX ended up replacing it with a RADEON HD 5670 (which is technically a better card) . Not many guys are working on 5670, I've tried to make mine works (Gigabytes 5670, 1gb ddr5) but no luck, my 24inch monitor stuck on low Res. bcc9 Posted February 4, 2011 Share Posted February 4, 2011 In case anyone is still finding this thread... The radeon hd 5670 works under OSX with kabyl's chameleon rc5 branch, with QE/CI. No ATI kext hackery or injectors or rom images required, assuming you're running current OSX first (10.6.6) (so that your base-os includes the "Graphics update 1.0" changes) .
