Tamed G
I love Empire EFI combined with 10.6.4 on my Asus i7 laptop, it works very very well, much better than booting up with Chameleon but it is on CD only. Is there a way to make Empire my boot loader on my OSX hard disk?
Gringo Vermelho
Empire EFI = Chameleon. Install the same version of Chameleon that's on your boot CD and use the same settings and files. Open the ram disk image on the CD and check the contents.
Tamed G
Yeah having some problems with that. I tried installing chameleon but it just doesn't want to boot my OS X drive, it crashes as soon as it starts after the chameleon screen where you choose the disk. Tamed G
Can't seem to overwrite chameleon RC4 whatever I do, this is very very frustrating

Just after the apple logo on grey background ? Try to reinstall a patched kernel on your OSX partition./
Tamed G
I will try that and report back. Still I am at a loss as to why I cannot downgrade RC4 to RC3 or another version of Chameleon?
