What would be a good wireless card to replace my current Intel 2915abg with in my IBM laptop?

Make a suggestion...

get a good cheap broadcom card. HP broadcom wirelss cards work well, as do Dell truemobiles (esp 1450), check the HCL for all the details.

I don't endorse this seller, but the exact cards I've been buying are same as ebay item # 270002410037. I paid $18 and $20 shipped for both of mine, they work perfect in my HP and Sony Vaio laptops.

I found that the ebay auctions for HP cards were a few bucks cheaper than dells that many people on the board use. For $18, hard to go wrong.

Thanks, denied!

That information was some of the best I've found so far. The eBay ID is exactly what I need. I've been looking for days to find the right Mini PCI card for my HP. I've got an HP dv1000 notebook with the Intel 2200 b/g wireless card and I'm ready to upgrade to one that works in 10.4.6/7 JaS version of OS X. Do you know specifically which HP Broadcom card worked? The Wiki HCL didn't have anything like that for 10.4.6/7...

Thanks for your help, it's truly some of the best I've gotten so far!
