ogynche
Hello, I'm trying to install Snow Leopard on GA P35-DS4 and everything works properly except the video. I have GeForce 8600 GT, as you can see on the picture. I tried every possible graphic kext for NVidia, tried EFI strings but nothing helps. The max resolution I get is 1440 with no video effects. Where can be the problem? Thanks in advance. Picture
supermx3
try using the graphics enabler option with chameleon and your enabler kexts removed if you havnt yet, made my 8600GTS and 9600GT work in snow

ogynche
This doesn't work for me mates. After loading I get a black screen, and now can't even go to safe mode to fix that. Any ideas why is that and how can I fix it? Thanks a lot!
dawncobra
Same thing for me, did you find a solution?
Rentonn
Same thing for me, did you find a solution? Try swapping ports on your video card where the monitor plugs in. That might work. It was fix with the leopard distros and it worked with my 8800 GTS
