заклепки сильно помогли засовываете в дырку и у получаетса хорошая ровная линия одна паралельно другой при помощи линейки

(кстати видите раздолбанный верх "воронка" в одной из дырок это когда разсверливал после мегенького диаметра на большой вот такое может получатса так что рекомендую дырки расверливать большим сверлом с внутренней стороны)

у меня цанга в зажиме новмально диаметр держит те сверло крепко зажато а в конце цанга больше в диаметре и сверло начинает вибрировать что бы это не происходило и в цанге крепко все держалось я наматывал фольгу

надо покупать по диаметру чтобы совпадало сверло и цанга

но там где я покупал у них нет такой цанги пришлось мудрить

 

 

насверлил мелких дырок а потом с внутренней сотороны расширял дырку большим диаметром

 

 

стружки целый ловок получился пыли той там чут чуть

 

 

а вот и гвоздь программы)))

 

 

ну гдето так тут ни все успел сегодня сделать

 

 

вот с дал маху так это углы надо было делать укруглыми и и кусок алюминия оставить

я уже придумал как решить вэтот вопрос я фигурный кусок пластика вырежу по периметку и сверху наложу и по перпендикулярн
