I have the exact same issue with my Dell Studio XPS 16. I tried everything possible and no luck. I installed chameleon 3, 4 and i end up with the same error. If you come up with a solution, please post.

Dell VOSTRO 200 has the same problem.

nanoseconds is not a kernel panic issue, it just count's how many nanoseconds your system was running

your system crashd during kextcaching, do you use nullcpupowermanagement, if not, get it?

turn off speedstep in bios and/or halt state's etc.
