I was wondering if anyone colud find me a way to get shutdown working(just shutdown or restart) When i was using 10.5.7 shutdown was working using the openhaltrestart.kext, but without having the graphic card driver. When i installed the acuamac's drivers it didnt work anymore. Now in 10.6.2 it doesnt work at all. I am using Asus P5QL-E motherboard, Intel Q6600 processor and a nVidia 9600GT graphic card. But it shuts down 15-20 seconds after the screen goes blank(only on rare occasions it shuts down properly) Dont know why!!!
