basementjack
I have a macbook Pro that I just bought in November - it came with iLife09 I picked up an intel based mac mini and would like to install iLife 09 on it, but it says it's unsupported. Is there an easy way to alter the iLife DVD that came with my macbook pro so I can install it on any mac? Moose Tracks
Use Pacifist or do a piecemeal install: 1. Navigate through the packages 2. Open up the archived file. 3. Place everything in the exact spot the file says it needs to go. Follow the same folder structure and then plop the files in there. 4. Reboot and fix permissions. 5. Pray this still works. Sull
Does that method really work? If you don't want to tinker, just go out and buy iLife '09 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/203308-guide-for-using-a-bundled-ilife-cd-on-another-mac/#findComment-1366403 Share on other sites
