bpeugh
I was wondering if anyone has been able to watch and record TV through 10.4.6 through any means as of yet. Just would like to know what works for a future purchase. Thank you. I'm not sure if you need graphics acceleration though. If you do you will have to get a motherboard with intels onboard graphics or an ati x1600 or x1800. zedzed
I am the proud owner of an Elgato EyeTV 500. IT WORKS on my 10.4.7 system. I am watching TV now. This gizmo ONLY works on ATSC (Over the Air) or Unencrypted Clear QAM on cable It does not do analog Plugs into Firewire and comes with EyeTV software My video card is Asus eax1600xt silent More info at http://www.elgato.com/index.php?file=products_eyetv500 Note - this is a discontinued unit. Supposedly it was too expensive to make and not enough customers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/19893-anyone-been-able-to-watchrecord-tv-on-1046-yet/#findComment-220474 Share on other sites
