You can start by making a usb stick and booting with that. When you are sure you know how to use Chameleon then you can install it to hard disk. Thank you very much! Use this installer to install Chameleon. Chameleon_2_RC3.zip Then extract this to /Extra folder Archive.zip Please try to install to a usb stick first and try booting with it. mm67 Posted November 22, 2009 Share Posted November 22, 2009 I did everything on usb stick... but not loaded Boots just fine, do like this: Insert usb stick Open Disk Utility Right click usb stick Select partition Volume scheme 1 partition, Options Guid partition table, Apply Exit Disk Utility Launch Chameleon installer and install to usb stick Extract Archiv.zip to Extra folder on usb stick (If you have Extra folder on hdd, delete or rename it) Reboot Press F11 when computer is starting and select usb stick as startup disk That is how it works for me. I start Snow Leo on HDD I don't know what that distro installation does, but I am sure that with retail install this does work. You can install retail to other partition and see if it works.
