There is absolutely no need to mess with bios flashing. Start by extracting the original one, I'll show two easy ways to do that. Method 1. Download Ubuntu live cd, boot it. Open terminal and run cat /proc/acpi/dsdt > dsdt.aml Copy that dsdt.aml file to some place where you can access it later (usb stick, network share etc.) Method 2. If you do then you can use BootCDMaker. If you have only Windows then it might be better to do a boot stick with BootThink since they have a Windows installer. Post the dsdt and I can check that it is ok. You must install a bootloader, Chameleon for example. You can start by making a usb stick and booting with that. When you are sure you know how to use Chameleon then you can install it to hard disk.
