termosen
Hello, I've recently did a fresh vanilla install of Snow leopard, was running snow leopard server before, and now everything works as a charm except when i connect my secondary display everything hangs. I get a black screen on my secondary display and on my main monitor everything just freezes. Searched for this everywhere but no answer. Spec: Gigabyte P35-DS3R 4gb ram nvidia 9800gtx+ 512mb Intel q6600 quad core Most of the fixes is done via DSDT, I've tried creating a DSDT without GFX and letting Chameleon graphicsenabler do the work, same problem. The only kexts i have in Extra is: Disabler.kext fakesmc.kext LegacyHDA.kext OpenHaltRestart.kext PlatformUUID.kext Suggestions anyone? Just tell me if you need logs or screenshots. It seems in console that Windowserver has some kind of a problem. //Best regards Linus Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/198251-dual-display-not-working-in-1062/ Share on other sites

I am thinking you missed the thread below and there is a good chance that second monitor is connected via HDMI cable. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=196878 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/198251-dual-display-not-working-in-1062/#findComment-1334835 Share on other sites
