Krishna21
Very new to OSx86 I have the pain in the azz to have my installation DVD in every time to boot. I hear if you want to boot without the DVD you have to have a "boot loader".. I don't know which one I need I only have one hard disk in my PC, which is the one I'm using right now, which is Kalyway 10.5.2 So I only have one partition, what bootloader do I need?!? kalel83
What you said dosn't really make sense to me, but a boot loader is what loads operating systems when you boot. Windows has their own boot loader. OSX has their own, then Boot camp for real macs to load osx and windows. OSX86 has different boot loaders that people have made. Chameleon, Boot123, so forth. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boot_loader Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/192685-im-a-noob-whats-a-boot-loader-and-which-one-do-i-need/#findComment-1302145 Share on other sites
