I still very very occasionally get a kernel panic, i always boot with -v so I can see the screen dump, it usually happens in safari... galilenar Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 I always have this KP. with my 7950 GT 512 Mb. I use Natit or EFI strings but problem doesnt disappear. VideoCard's ROM was modified for 512 Mb. Tony Hock Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 @galilenar I've been getting this same error (or I am pretty sure it is) having to do with WindowServer on my 7600 GS 512mb It happens pretty infrequently, and it seems like its always happened while trying to minimize a window with a lot of other windows open. I am going to try to reproduce it tonight, and possibly try different EFI strings if I can find a good way to reproduce it quickly for testing. I'm not sure of any application to test for these things, but if anyone else has ideas that would be nice.
