macgirl
Well, about supported cameras I saw some in the wiki pages http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCL_10.4.5 http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCLPart Some USB Logitech and of course the Apple FireWire iSight camera, but you can see which usb cameras are supported with macam: http://webcam-osx.sourceforge.net/cameras/index.php Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/19032-rosseta-in-onecoreosx-in-another/#findComment-129085 Share on other sites

MacApprentice
I don't think you can speed it up. The 8xx series of P4D aren't that great in term of speed, you should have got a 9xx Even on my 920, rosetta is slow... bliss
yea rosetta is slow and i down know why there inst an univeral update or something for photoshop. maybe because the mac pro isn't out yet - so there's no need for professional apps right now? well sure... the mac book pro is for professionals... i think photoshop is too complex and the universal will take a while - same thing with office. but hey! i think office and CS2 are the only ppc programs i have on my "mac"- you already get a lot of programs as universal Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/19032-rosseta-in-onecoreosx-in-another/#findComment-129439 Share on other sites
munky
i have a pd 920 and rosetta pretty much rocks. photoshop loads nice and fast, and is perfectly usable in operation. many ppc-only games like Call of Duty and Medal of Honour work really well - in fact you wouldnt be able to tell they werent running native.
