chevy2410
I've been trying to install SnowLeo for a while now and keep getting kernel panics. I've been using Blackosx's guide to a T and for the most part it good, but keep getting kernel panics on reboot. It must be from not having the right kexts for my system. Can anyone please provide me with the kexts I need to get this running? It would be great. Thanks, Chevy
chevy2410
So nobody is using this mobo or the other variations of this mobo with SL? I can use the EP45 132 boot disc form blackosx and I can install SL, but upon reboot I get kernel panic. I really need the proper kexts. consolation
The only way I can avoid KPs is to force 64bit mode, 32bit KPs after few seconds on desktop. 64bit is rock solid.
poofyhairguy
Here is my thread for the EP35-DS3R with my kexts and dsdt attached. They should work on your board: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=186570
luh3417
Here is my thread for the EP35-DS3R with my kexts and dsdt attached. They should work on your board: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=186570 First check this Gigabyte Hardware Specification List for further information: http://www.incomplete-news.com/?p=2512 Don't confuse the EP35-DS3P with the P35-DS3P or the EP35-DS3R. But let us know if it worked anyway.
