Hi, Im installing 10.5.7 for my new rig (check sig)

I used the amazing Digital Dreamers Tutorial and script!

So far I managed to install everything but the GPU

I tried to install it and I broke my good install.

So my question is:

What is the best way to BACKUP\clone\image a proper install of OSX?

so next time I'll have a failure of any kind I'll just copy it back to the HDD and thats it - continue from the same good spot.

Its killing me to reinstall everything every time I install the wrong kext...

Thanks guys!

Clone the whole os x drive with superduper?

I Dloaded SUPERDUPER! great app.

So I just create DMG file?

how about restoring? will itrestore also with my Chameleon RC1 bootloader etc? do I need to set some setting during backup?

maybe just use carbon copy cloner

clone the complete disk to another one. this copy should be bootable.

it messes my chameleon I guess:

Here is what I get when I try to load it.

Boot0: GPT

Boot0: testing

Boot0: testing

Boot0: testing

Boot0: testing

Boot0: testing

Boot0: error

Can it be fixed? the only way for me now is to load to a temp OSX distro and reinstall chameleon

Is there a LIVECD LINUX bootloader that can do this simple buckup job so I can RESTORE it easily?!??
