Hi,

here's an OSX port i made to help in partitioning GPT disks.

You can find more information here: http://www.rodsbooks.com/gdisk/

You can download the package here:

Edit 22/08/09: you can get the lastest version on sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/gptfdisk/files/

I'm the original author of GPT fdisk, and I just wanted to point out that the mainline GPT fdisk now supports Mac OS X, thanks to JrCs and one other contributor. The current version is 0.3.1, although it's not greatly different from the 0.2.2 version that JrCs released. (My official version lacks the GUI installer, though.) You can read more, or download the software, on my project's Web page or its Sourceforge page.

An update: Version 0.3.2 is now out. It adds the ability to create hybrid MBRs and to destroy all GPT data (to simplify re-use of the disk as an MBR-only disk, for instance). Unfortunately, my Web hosting ISP has become very sluggish, so my page (at http://www.rodsbooks.com/gdisk/) is only partly there right now, but the Sourceforge page has the software (including a Mac binary package).
