You can try these two:

The RalinkWirelessUtility.prefPane install the System Preferences, and that should allow you to access your Wireless from their and Activate a Profile, without having to Plug and Unplug

 

The "RalinkAirport" goes into Apps and run it at login, it will give you a Aitport Icon on the MenuBar

 

The RT2500Replug.kext was used in my days to eliminate the need to replug.....

try it first and if it does not help remove it before installing the other two!!

I think it's better to uninstall old drivers. And don't forget to unplug the stick on boot and only plug it in the moment you see your desktop (with dock etc.)!

hello guys I just tried this and it works fine for me with 10.6.3

at end use kext Utility reboot work is done

I tried everything but it shows me always "No Device!"

 

Any idea what is wrong?
