E' risaputo che windows grazie al clear type gestisce i caratteri,soprattutto su schermi lcd,meglio di leopard. Quindi a che servono tutte queste prove? Qualsiasi risoluzione o settaggio impostate su leopard,non otterrete mai la stessa definizione di caratteri che ha windows. E' una questione di sistema operativo e relative tecnologie. Leopard è probabilmente il miglior sistema operativo al mondo tantè che lo uso con molta soddisfazione al posto di windows,però sulla qualità visiva dei caratteri purtroppo di strada ne deve ancora fare. Speriamo che snow leopard implementi nativamente qualcosa di simile al clear type di windows. Daveta Posted July 9, 2009 Share Posted July 9, 2009 bah tony, secondo me è vero alle alte risoluzioni (anche se ne ho visto uno a 2000 punti di risoluzione che a windows gli faceva un baffo) ma solo per quanto riguarda hackintosh ... dico visibilmente, non a livello di dato reali. Ora ho una risoluzione di 1280 x 960, ma su windows ottengo le stesse aberrazioni. Giaguaro Posted July 9, 2009 Share Posted July 9, 2009 Ero convinto anche io di questa cosa...ossia credevo che il mio monitor Belinea 1980S2 (non credo sia una baracca) confrontato con quello di un mac non fosse in grado di rappresentare degnamente i caratteri a video. Poi però ho fatto un semplice ragionamento:quanti produttori di pannelli lcd ci sono nel mondo? I mac hanno un pannello privilegiato rispetto a quelli dei normali pc? La risposta me l'ha data una semplice prova in un mediaword:ho affiancato un monitor di un comune pc a quello di un mac pro,con lo stesso testo a video. Sarà che ho una vista da lince ma,pur scarso,il comune monitor del pc grazie alla tecnologia cleratype di windows mostrava dei caratteri ben più definiti rispetto a Leopard. Inutile dirvi che,come chi ha aperto questo topic,le ho provate tutte le regolazioni nel mac pro senza ottenere vistosi miglioramenti. Come controprova provate con winzozz a disabilitare il cleatype e vedrete che razza di porcheria salta fuori con i testi,su monitor lcd. Francamente io accendo leopard,navigo in internet,faccio tutte le cose che normalmente si fanno con un computer e ormai non ci faccio più caso. Però se per un'attimo faccio partire winzozz la differenza sui testi è evidente,almeno per me.
