Shaocaholica Posted September 1, 2005 Share Posted September 1, 2005 Im trying to install Shake and the installer checks the CPU and basically says "G4, G5 or greater required, installation will not continue". kalumbox Posted February 9, 2006 Share Posted February 9, 2006 Have you tried installing shake using"Pacifist" instead of the usual installer. Also, I know there was a workaroud to remake an installation package without the version checker script built-in that checks the model of the porcessor. But I'm pretty sure that the Pacifist method works as it bypasses the version check of the processor. No garantee it will run after installation...if you do not achieve this you just have to wait until March with the universal build of the application.
