I can install it on my desktop no prob! Works fine boots like a mac and I love it. My laptop though...specs in sig...seems to NOT like osx too much. I can boot into the installer and install OS X, but when I go to boot it doesnt even go into the gray screen! It goes into this message mode and does ALL this {censored}. When I boot with the -x flag it works, but takes a little while to boot (like 7 minutes).

So any ideas? Anyone have this issue as well?

Thanks! Keith

I'm stuck at the same stage, using the goatse image. I should note that this seems to be happening on SB400 laptops, though whether or not you use the ATA patch seems irrelevant.

I suspect it may be the sse3 only kernel, since I had the sse2 kernel working alright before....but I need that sse3.

Can you boot with -x? Me and at least one other with this problem can.
