wat
initial install goes fine, save for having to move the mouse around so it doesn't stall on the install progress screen. everything boots up just fine, I select the OSX86 install (i've tried a bunch of boot commands but nothing works), and then it proceeds to stick on this screen.. there is no spinning wheel or anything. It just sits there and stalls. I've tried a bunch of different driver selections, but that doesn't seem to help. I'm installing it to a clean IDE hdd. wat
I've tried booting into verbose but everything runs by so quickly, it's unreadable. After I boot it with -v a bunch of text runs down the screen and then it goes to black. I took a vid and here's the last screen (quality is terrible), but maybe you could see what was going on. here's how it goes (vid-unreadable) http://www.zshare.net/video/618606512e8d0a9d/ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/172236-no-activity-after-boot/#findComment-1185998 Share on other sites
wat
re-installed and it seems to get stuck on the dreaded "waiting for root device." I'm assuming I can try to install the drivers necessary by booting the install dvd again?
