marson Posted September 17, 2009 Share Posted September 17, 2009 First of all I am osorry for my english I have successfully instaled 10.5 leopard on Gigabyte EG45M-UD2H For proper install I used the following kexts: AppleDecrypt.kext AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext OpenHaltRestart.kext disabler.kext VoodooHDA Personally in addition I have to use VoodooPS2Controller I don't know anythink about an integrated card on EG45M-UD2H because I use an externak graohics card in PCI-Express slot. In my case everythink works fine exceot ine small think, when I open an system preferences the siund chip is identified as Ynknown, all other thinks like shuddown, restart, sleep, SATA, eSATA and IDE controllers works fine. Hi Thijmus! Thanks so much for getting back to me. It will be great to bring my Hack' back from dead. I am not using the internal GPU, instead I have installed the eVga GeForce 8600GT 256MB. I have access to a Mac Mini - 10.6.1, Apple Dev Tools/SDK installed. I my pocket is the 8GB USB. I bought the Snow Leopard OS disk. I willl try to find and download Bootthink 2.3.
