My previous Gigabyte board died and got a asus p5q-em This board with a e8500 gives vanilla speedstep, but i'm not sure if all is OK (temps at idle 53c) Is there anything i can change to get the temps down (on windows it idles at 34c) Thnx T P5Q_EM_reg.zip dsdt.dsl_tinush_p5q_em.zip
  6. have the rev4. 9300ie and 9300ge doesn't matter. kext is the same only layout is different > 662 or 12 in dsdt bios audio has to be set at external for audio outputs and internal for future hdmi audio T

  9. +1 i have a 80w psu (Noah case) and it can barely have a full size dvd player (sometime's the system shut's down) e6750 65w, 2gb (2x1gb) Corsair pc6400, Wd scorpio 7200rpm T. btw the dvd was only for testing, no issues with a slimline
