Ashgotti
I'm on a t42 with a mobility 7500. Using vlc/mplayer, xvid playback is smooth at it's natural size but once you go fullscreen frame rate drops too much to be watchable. today i downloaded the new version of vlc, 0.8.5 , and it has support for OS X with intel. anyways fullscreen playback is better but still lagging a bit. so i thought other people with this problem might be helped with new vlc if my frame rate went up, maybe other people's will be perfect. mmk
Ashgotti -> make OpenGL work on your system, and use mplayer with "vo=macosx". It works fine in full screen.
