I noticed hmmm cant remember his name, he wrote it was needed not only to add the vendor and/or device id. --- found: it was koverg... --- I read "...there was another check in the kernel..."... The result was a firegl without tearing. Do you think we have to find checks in the kernel to lost tearing? Rgds. If anyone comments and it works with the Sapphire Radeon X1600 AGP I'd be glad to add it to the blog. However I doubt it.
