duggyb
ok well ive been out of the OSX86 scene for quite sometime now and would like to get back into it so i can run iMovie and do a school project that way i dont have to stay at school and use the MACS there.....anyways i was wondering what the best install for me would be? i would like ot install it on a seperate drive(40GB)[my windows is on a 60GB) and then do Dual Booting...or even if i have to do manual dual booting that is ok also....(like open up my case unplug one HD and plug in the other) becuase i wont be using it that often...and my case stays open most of the time anyways....also i want a install that i can copy over without burning to a DVD...like just copy form the 60GB to the 40GB and then install anyways please let me know ASAP!! myzar
he doesn't give any hint about his hardware, it's just a babbling about his hd config and a totally worthless program like imovie i would assume that according to his lowlevel computer knowhow he is using some pos underperforming enemy intel config with some transgender ati card , i would personally quit any school using macs and imovie tho

duggyb
to myzar--i am sorry you feel this way...and i am sorry that i guess my computer knowledge is not as good as yours...i know enough about computers to build gaming rigs for a living...so i think thats enough...as for my hardware all it took was a simple search...i didnt think listing it again was neccasary...our school only has one MAC...and they are trying it on a program with our division for 4 years...and now we have to do an assignment on them..the problem is...our class has 30 kids...so we dont get much time on the single MAC to do our iMovie project...hence why i want to get it running at home...so i have more time to work on it...i did not choose to use the program...or the OS...but i do choose to get good academic grades...wether i like doing the assignment or not.. and thank you everyone else for your help...i have a copy of OSX downloading now..
