I fnd it very funny that the sound comes out from the Line-in ... But great anyways.... I'll hope the search do not stop here and anyone find a way to improve this and make it wok on the line out with all the ports working. THANKS ANYWAY! kpitstupidsimple Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Hi, I've got the same chipset, off a D945PVSLKR. DEV_8384 VEN_7681. If it means anything, the subsys is 78010070. I've tried every 9223 kext you can imagine, and System Profiler tells me that I have no audio hardware installed no matter what. Help?! I'm using SigmaTel 9223 - no luck getting audio, just installed Kalyway 10.5.2 - im totally new to all of this, so luckily, everything installed and booted just great! It's just the sound I need to get working. Is there a simple package somewhere that I can run to make the 9223 work? Many thanks to anyone who can help me!
