shriek Posted April 18, 2006 Share Posted April 18, 2006 anyone know about MSI wireless MP54G3? It's a miniPCI wireless card. I've been assuming that it is a RT2500 card but since I can't get it to work with RT2500 drivers and instructions on other posts I'm beginning to think I was wrong. I contacted MSI to know about the chipset my miniPCI card is using. They replied with an app that detects the chipset but I only have linux and macosx and the app is windows only... they can't help me and it would be a huge hassle for me to make room for winxp right now... Does anyone know about this card? could you suggest a linux way to check the chipset?
