jarkaos
Hi! After 3 years waiting for the right moment i got my macbook pro and what can i say: wonderful. But the first thing i noted was the hight temperature that the laptop gets after some minutes working with it. Normally starts at 30 degrees celsius but after 10 minutes i started netbeans sql and firefox and i start to write code i see that the temperature i around the 53 degrees celsius. Is this normal? How can i get control over the fans? right now they are att 2600 rpm. Konami®
You could try this application: http://www.lobotomo.com/products/FanControl/ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/150987-at-last-i-hava-a-mac/#findComment-1066793 Share on other sites
.ShadowFox
The fan control thing might be a little dangerous. The fans are running high for a reason, something is obviously running too hot. By forcing it to run slower, you might cause something to break inside your Macbook Pro. Synaesthesia
53 degrees is nothing to worry about. That's quite normal. 80 degrees or above is cause for concern. jarkaos
Thanks for the answers. "Synaesthesia" that is a great group. But i can't remember if it is a project of front line assembly or front 242. Thank you to everyone Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/150987-at-last-i-hava-a-mac/#findComment-1067795 Share on other sites
