Having issues booting OSX - vanilla install possibly a bad IONet kext?

Hi Everyone,

I recently reloaded Leopard (10.5.5) on my hackentosh. It seems to be working most of the time however about every other reboot it hangs on start up (log below). The only way I have found to get around this is to boot -v -x. Once I am in to the Finder I run the following tests from the OSX86 tools app Repair Permissions, Set Extensions Permissions, Clear Extensions Cache, Clear User Application Cache, Clean System App Chache, Run CRON Maint. Scrpts, Update Prebinding, and Touch Extensions Folder. After these scripts have run I usually am able start up once in normal mode. However, one restart later without running the maint scripts I hang.

I tend to think it may be an issue with the IONetworking kext.... I am experiencing strange UUID errors (" _CFGetHostUUIDString: unable to determine UUID for host. Error: 35"). I have also noticed that when I try to connect to another machine on my network (via bonjour) I get these errors:

the "CFGetHostUUIDString: unable to determine UUID for host. Error: 35" is very common, dont bother with that.
