CPU temperature monitoring can be a hit and miss affair in OSX86, I tried loads of different programs, but non worked until i found this method.

Download a program called "Temperature monitor" which includes a standard version and a lite version, but before you install it go into system prefs and click on speech, then alter the speaking rate to halfway between slow and normal. Close the preference pane and install temperature monitor.

It will ask about installing drivers for intel macs or something like that, just let it do what it needs, and when finished launch temperature monitor from your apps folder (not the lite version) as you need to set things up first before using that.

It should work, at least thats what solved the problem on my machine.

My specs are -

Intel E2200 dual core CPU at 2.2 Ghz.

Asus P5GC-MX/1333 Motherboard.

2 Gig DDR2 Ram.

Kalyway 10.5.5.

I can confirm that my temps are the same in osx86 as they are in windows, so it seems acurate.
