MOVED FROM MAIN FORUM:

I used the pc EFI v9 bootloader package made by weaksauce12 and Darwin wont even load. Funny that this exact same thing happened to me when I tried to install the iDeneb 10.5.5 distro. Right now I am on Kalyway 10.5.2-updated to 10.5.3, sleep kernel for now, and had all the correct mobo chipset patches thanks to CaptainNemo posts, and user Stellarola. I wasn't using the Vanilla kernel this time, so that might be the problem. I am able to boot into my main partition by using the disc, but if I don't I still don't see any Darwin/ bootloader. I have also just installed the voodoo kernel and still no fix.

I am on a Gigabyte 965P-DS3 board with a Core 2 Quad Q6600, and an ATI 2600 XT (patched with the ATI packages).

Anyone have an idea on how to fix this, so I dont need the disc to boot and get EFI v9 to actually work?

EDIT: I have just installed it manually using the boot file from the PCWiz site and the Cameleon bootloader package, and their instructions. It now boots up fine! Note to all though that it seems that the Weaksauce12 installer did not place the boot file in the root directory, nor did the iDeneb 10.5.5 disc (I am assuming) when I tried to install with that distro.
