Thanks. hi, i have a ALC888 too. Try the HDA Patcher from Taruga and the (codec dump - especialy for ich7!) txt. file below. It should work! Unzip and drag the patcher icon to the desktop and place the codec dump file over it...after few moments restart your system. Good Luck!
