.Ryan
So I would like some help on how to sell my Dell XPS 410 w/ Leopard and XP partition. I am thinking I'd put up something on Ebay and Craigslist and here to inform people I'm selling, but how can I determine the starting price? I have a few extra components I could throw in... Basics Dell XPS 410 250 gig HD 3 gigs RAM GeForce 8800 GTS (Nvidia) 1.87 Core 2 Duo Latest Apple Leopard updates Adobe CS4 Master Suite Paralles XP Installation, Activated and legal Microsoft Office 2008 - Mac Bunch of other apps Snapz X Pro, ect. $500? Or what should I be asking?
urgonah8me
not aloud to sell with leopard on, however $500 is quite good cosidering the graphics card but the cpu lets it down
.Ryan
Say I do it here or through Craigslist, does it really matter? I know the CPU blows, but it runs Leopard perfectly fine and all. Or is it worth it to sell the graphics as separate components?
Headrush69
I recently sold my XPS 420 with the following for $500 500 gig HD 6 gigs RAM GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB 2.4 Ghz Quad Core It took a few months to get the $500, people low balling like always. You might be better off trying to sell the software (CS4, Office) separately.
.Ryan
Thanks, did you use Ebay or Craigslist or off here? How much did shipping cost?
Headrush69
Thanks, did you use Ebay or Craigslist or off here? How much did shipping cost? Tried both and didn't sell at my requested $500. Ended up finding someone locally that bought it. Shipping turns many people off since the XPS is such a heavy computer and shipping is high. (Can't give you numbers since I was shipping from Canada.)
