Kalyway 10.5.2?

One reason for that problem is the difference between kernel and system.kext versions.

Try using any patched kernel that installs with Kalyway DVD.

sleepkernel, speedstepkernel etc

You must use a kernel according to the version of your system

Ex: using Voodoo Kernel Beta2 (darwin 9.5.0) on Leopard 10.5.2 will cause USB sticks to don't be recognized
