iDeneb v1.3 Migration Assistant Problem

Hi

 

I have installed iDeneb v1.3 a few times and its worked fine but had to reinstall has I mucked up my graphics.

 

Now every time I install iDeneb it works but when it gets to the Migration Assistant I press "Don't do anything" then I press continue its thinks for a few minutes then sends me back to the start to do it all again and his has happened a few times.

 

I have tried erasing the DVD and copying iDeneb on it and reinstalling it on my hard drive but nothing is working and I don't now why it worked yesterday.

 

Hope someone can help me.

This happens when you don't have a network device installed (or the drivers for your network). There is a post floating around here (workaround), basicly you go into single user mode and create a file that tricks the setup wizard into thinking that it already completed. Search for "setup loop" or something similar, you'll find it. Sorry I can't be more help, I suffer from CRS....

it happened on my kalaway install yesterday. check this out it fixed it
