Anyway i will be using this machine for gaming and d.a.w so it has to be beefy i am planning on dual booting with vista for gaming tho.. HSF: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct....rodid=HS-017-AR it will allow the cpu to get upto 3.6 cool and stable =] so what do ya think im a bit worried about the 9800 gt being able to hit that res smoothely in current gen games anybody game with a 9800 gt at high res? The only faster card that works well in OS X is the 9800GTX+, which is only a bit faster. SATA drive will work fine. LogicalUser Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 you could dual boot OSX & windows on different partitions of the same drive, however two drives would likely give you alot more flexibility, and seems to be recommended for many boot loaders.
