So i have a Zune that I just acquired for free. I was thinking I don't want this thing if it wont work with my Mac.

I did some research and the only way to get it to work is if I run parallels or fusion and install the Zune software. I feel that running those programs is a insult to a Mac. There is a program that will read but not write to a Zune.

So my next thought was there is such a wealth of more intelligent people than I, I think the next project we should take on is a zPod, a Zune running the iPodOS.

I don't want this to be a place for solutions on how to get a zune to work on my Mac. I want this to be a place about talking about hacking a Zune.

So what do you think?

Is it possible?

Should we try it?

Am i the first person to suggest it?

let me know i am intrested.
