I got a dvb-t usb stick which allows me to watch tv on Windows and linux, and after some reading I'm sure that something could be done for Mac. :)

When I first plugged the dvb-t to my computer it was recognized as a keyboard...

But after I installed the Equinux Tubestick software, the system profiler seems to be correct. That's what it says:

AF9015:

Versión: 2.00

Bus Power (mA): 500

Speed: Hasta 480 Mb/s

Manufacturer: Geniatech

Device ID: 0x9016

Serial number: 010101010600001

Manufacturer ID: 0x15a4

I read here that it should work if I change the device id from 0x9016 to 0x9015. Does anyone how to do that?

Some people with the original Equinux Tubestick card reports that on system profiler:

DVB-T:

Versión: 2.00

Potencia del bus (mA): 500

Velocidad: Hasta 480 Mb/s

Fabricante: Afatech

ID del producto: 0x9015

Número de serie: 010101010600001

ID del fabricante: 0x15a4

So after reading the site I linked on 1st post and this info I'm pretty sure my card could work if I replace 0x9016 for 0x9015

It´s more easy to change the dev id inside the driver kext, just find wich files did this software from equinox install and change the value inside plist from 9015 to 9016 to match yours and maybe you get it working.

Hi! I have a DVB-T card with the same PID 0x9016, tried Equinux Tubestick with no luck. Although The Tube, starts up after pluging in the stick but it won't find any channels! Wrote Equinux and the stick I have isn't supported (MSI DigiVox II is mine and supported is MSI DigiVox III). The strange thing is that Equinux doesn't install any kexts, EYETV does install kexts and one very important I assume EyeTVAfaTechHidBlock.kext, in Info.plist I could find my PID but the stick still dosn't work, don't know what to do! Please help!

I also have the same issue! The Tube will not find channels - it actually even wont start!

Has anyone succeeded with this?

Thanks
