Just enter BIOS and set password protection on boot. Of course choose desired password. On next boot just enter your pasword and there will be no error. To enter BIOS in your VM, if you are unable to start BIOS with Delete or F2, enter "Configure VM" and on Power tab check "Enter the BIOS setup screen the next time this virtual machine boots". Thats all. ;)

I cant get in the installer , because i have only a Grey screen with a OS X Cursor ^^. Im stucking at the installer , not at OS X

The Durabook SY14 Series and the Gericom X5 appear to have the same MOBO and very similar specification......the important point is the MOBO chipset

North Bridge: Intel® 945GM Express

South Bridge: Intel® ICH7-M

as this will help you figure out what to do about installation......search using Google and InsanelyMac for OS X installation guide for MOBO with these chipsets.....
