mrbonkers Posted October 16, 2008 Share Posted October 16, 2008 I updated my system to 10.5.5 and narrowed my problem to 3 kexts. Geforce.kext, nvdanv50hal.kext and nvdaresman.kext. I am trying to get qe/ci to work. Here is the problem. When I boot in verbose mode, everything loads perfectly until the part when it is about to load the desktop. My computer would freeze/hang and I am not able to type. When I remove these 3files, it will load but no qe/ci. Has anyone came across this problem and how did you fixed it?
