Yep done that, booted via Linux live cd, got the codec dump etc, applied with AppleHDAPatcher1.20, patched it etc and recognised it, rebooted still no sound whatsoever, i get this in system profiler: Intel High Definition Audio: Device ID: 0x1631E203 Audio ID: 12 Available Devices: Nothing in system prefs under sound. so i am pretty stuck as what to do Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
