manofmany Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 I currently own a Pavillion A1730N AMD 64 Dual Core 4600+ with 4gb ram as my main rig. It's important that I not sacrifice this machine, so I need something else to work with. I currently own a Presario M2000 with an Intel processor and a Toshiba Satellite A55 with an Intel Processor. I would venture a guess to say both are too outdated and slow to run leopard. I'm looking for something under $500 I could pick up on eBay that will allow me to atleast expand the RAM to 3GB; while functioning with Leopard. The wireless card would need to be compatible as well. If you've got a laptop that you would recommend please let me know. I'll continue looking through the lists of other laptops with success stories as well.
