TheBogieMan Posted October 6, 2008 Share Posted October 6, 2008 Hi Got everything working fine and dandy on an IDE drive but now would like to move the whole lot over to my SATA drive (finally killing off XP in the process ). Tried using SuperDuper to copy everything over then OSX86Tools to FDisk and install PC_EFi v8 but when I try and boot of the new drive all I get is the flashing cursor as if there is no boot record on the drive..I'm assuming I've missed something really simple. Tried searching the forum for "copy to new hard drive" and such forth but couldn't find anything in the myriad of posts that came up Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
